How does my appt get confirmed?
After you book your preferred service, your tech will personally reach out to the number provided at time of booking. Please make sure you put the correct phone number, as that is the main way your tech can communicate with you. Then, they will provide the club’s Cashapp tag so that you can safely send your $15 deposit. The Cashapp profile will have the original Hani Nail Club pink logo. On the notes section, please only put your time and date.
Ex: 10/03 12pm, this lets me know the date (oct, 03rd) and the time (12pm) Please do not add “for deposit” “for nails” “for appointment”
What does my deposit do?
Your $15 deposit lets me know that you will be present at the correct time and date of your appointment. It also secures your spot so that no one else gets it. Your deposit is refundable up until 48 hours before your set appointment. If you cancel after your 48 hour grace period that deposit is kept as a late cancelation fee.
Your $15 deposit gets subtracted from total amount.
Where is the location?
After you have successfully sent your $15 deposit, exact location details of the club are provided. Google maps is recommended. You have a 10 minute grace period to arrive before your appointment is cancelled.
What if I want nail art?
You can let me know at anytime during the week what kind of nail design you’d like. Please make sure you know at least 3 days before your appointment, this way I’m 100% sure I have everything necessary for your set. During that time, I will make sure to let you know approximately how much your total will be. Please bring remainder in CASH.
A $5 fee will apply if you need to send the remainder through Cashapp.
What if I wake up sick, or get called into work unexpectedly?
We are all human, and we sadly get sick. Please note that you have one opportunity to reschedule without loosing your deposit. This applies to the unexpected work call.. Let me know as soon as possible, and we can try to get you the next available spot. Remember that I work on a two week schedule, meaning the next available appointment may not be until two weeks after your original date. If you choose to no call no show, you will not be able to book until the previous service is paid in full.
Can I get squeezed in?
Cancelations are rare, but they do sometimes happen. If I have an open spot during working hours, you are welcomed to get the available spot. However after hour squeeze ins come with a $15 fee. (Apart from your deposit)
What if I have one hurt nail, but the rest are fine?
Remember, hurt nail gets no nail. We can do the rest of the set, but you will have one that will need to rest.
What if the tech cancels or reschedules?
It’s very unusual for the tech to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event that they do, you are guaranteed a %15 discount.
Is there anything else I need to know?
The club usually stays cold. You’re encouraged to bring your own blanket, but they are provided in case you forget yours. There are complementary snacks and juices, but coffee is $2. Coffee sales keep our snacks restocked and free. We offer sugar, creamer, and vegan creamer for your convenience. You’re welcomed to bring your own drink in a resealable container. You can bring your laptop if you need to work, but please try to keep at least one hand still in order for us to finish in a timely manner! NO KIDS - try to leave the kiddos at home with the hubby. This is your time to relax. Kids can be very distracting to you and the tech. Please know we don’t service anyone under 14 years old. No other guest can accompany you, unless it’s a parent or guardian. Unlike regular nail salons, we cannot perform different services at the same time.
